It\u2019s going to have a lightweight African mahogany body with a figured maple cap, and mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and abalone dot inlays. The finish will be a lovely deep red double stain with natural binding (the \u2018fake binding\u2019 effect used so nicely by PRS for example) under clear lacquer.<\/p>\n<p>Hardware will be chrome Gotoh Wilkinson VS100 Trem, Seymour Duncan JB Trembucker and Quarter Pounder pickups, and Gotoh 510 locking tuners, also in chrome.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019ve been working up the spec for the production prototype over the last few weeks.
